Commemorative special edition Xbox One auction nets GamesAid charity £5,000

The white, commemorative special edition Xbox One that was auctioned on eBay has for charity has sold for £5000. The beneficiary of the sale will go to UK-charity GamesAid. The console was donated by an anonymous member of the UK Xbox team, and as part of the purchase, the new owner will also receive a launch team Rocky watermark to use on their Xbox Live gamercard, if they choose. If enabled, the watermark designates the user as a contributor to the Xbox One launch, but once enabled, watermarks cannot be disabled. Thanks, Eurogamer.
