Cities: Skylines will be released on PlayStation 4 in mid-August

Cities: Skylines is coming to PlayStation 4.

The city building game developed by Colossal Order was released on Xbox One and Windows 10 earlier this year on April 21.

As with the Xbox One version,Cities: Skylines on PS4 will include the After Dark expansion, which was released for PC, Mac and Linux in September 2015.

The first expansion to the game, After Dark features additional customizations with a day and night cycle, thus altering how players manage their city.

Like its other console counterpart, the PS4 version has been adapted for consoles by Tantalus Media and will be distributed worldwide at physical retail by Koch Media.

As of March 2017, the city building sim has sold 3.5 million copies worldwide. This includes copies of sold across all retailers for current platforms.

Since release, nine pieces of additional paid content has been provided, along with two free DLC options on PC, Mac, and Linux.

Cities: Skylines PlayStation 4 Edition will be released on August 15.
