Angry Birds hits PS3, PSP this week

Sony's confirmed that iPhone mega-hit Angry Birds will release on PSN this week.

The Rovio smash will release on PSP and PS3 as part of the minis collection, beginning tomorrow in the US.

It'll go live on Wednesday as part of the EU store update.

Prices weren't disclosed.

Angry Birds was first published for iPhone in December 2009 and soon went to Android near the end of last year. Since then, it's been downloaded 50 million times.

XBLA and Wii versions are also in the pipeline.
