Valve details making of Meet the Medic
Remember the amazing Meet the Medic video recently released for Team Fortress 2? It didn’t just wink itself into existence, you know. There were bloopers, animated storyboards, and the decision to drop the origin story of the medigun to focus on the iconic image TF2 players all know and love: the Medic ubercharging the Heavy. Mega Valve comic book to be published in November
A 300-page strong Valve comic book will get a release in the US this coming autumn. On November 3, for $30, Dark Horse Comics will launch Valve Presents: The Sacrifice and other Steam-Powered Stories, a book based on comics penned on Team Fortress 2, Portal and Left 4 Dead, the latter’s Sacrifice will be the main comic of the lot.

Valve unleashes Meet the Medic TF2 video

Replays now enabled for Team Fortress 2
Valve’s introduced a replay system for Team Fortress 2. It’ll enable you to record videos of your games if the server you’re on allows it, with the option of being able to upload footage to either Steam or YouTube. Currently, Valve’s holding a competition up until May 19 looking for the best 20 videos in the game. There’s more on it here.

Team Fortress 2 tries something new with the Hatless Update
Team Fortress 2 would like to prove that it is “no one-trick pony”, by releasing an update for the game that has absolutely nothing to do with hats. Valve has instead introduced a number of new miscellaneous features into the game with what they’re calling the “Hatless Update”.
