Steam client now available for Linux, 50 Linux titles on sale for 50-75% off

Valve has announced the Linux client for Steam is now available with 50 Linux titles on sale for 50-75% off until Wednesday, February 21. You can grab the client from the Ubuntu Software Center. Team Fortress 2 is also now available on Steam for Linux and for a limited time, users will automatically receive a free in-game item: Tux, the Linux mascot. It's the penguin. Additional Valve titles available on Steam for Linux include Half-Life, Counter-Strike 1.6, and Counter-Strike: Source, Big Picture, and access to the Steam for Linux Community Hub.
