There's a new patch in development for Bloodborne, and it's coming soon.

Bloodborne's most recent patch, version 1.03, reduced load times, fixed a number of bugs, and introduced item descriptions to the loading screens.

Developer From Software's work is not done though. In addition to the already announced expansion - currently in the works, the developer is also about to deploy another patch for the base game.

Game producer Masaaki Yamagiwa revealed on Twitter that patch 1.04 is currently in the works, and is scheduled to release on May 25.

Yamagiwa did not say what's coming with the patch, but we'll probably learn more about it in the coming days. Or later today when the US side of Sony goes to work.
