Saints Row 4: senior producer walks you through E3 demo, pre-order costumes announced

Saints Row 4 was at E3, and we’ve got a video of the behind-closed-doors demo shown at the event below. It’s narrated by senior producer and Volition man, Jim Boone. Enjoy the cray-cray below.

The demo shows an early part of the game, and Ben King makes his triumphant return as your chief of staff.

Deep Silver has also announced new GAME pre-order costumes in which you can clad yourself either as The Iron Rouge or don the chestplate of the warrior woman Queen Amazonia.

Game’s out August 20 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

    my problem with the previous game and this may be just me is that the city was really bleak, the people and places were you could go werent that good, so i hope thats done up in this game.

    plus a lot of customization would be nice, just a more in depth so if i wanted to create deadpool, hey i can :)

    I can’t help but wonder what game you were playing, #1, as I remember Saints Row the Third having a lot of neon and bright lights. But then, it might have come down to system settings.

    i kind of agree with you. i prefer Stillwater from Saints 2 to Steelport in Saints 3. Stillwater had a lot of great places to visit and had underground areas. However, Steelport looked great graphically.
