The news comes courtesy of Polygon, saying pre-orders come at a 10% discount, brings the price down to $13.50 from $15 and the offer lasts for 78 days. A four-pack of Monaco copies costs $45.
Majesco will publish the game on Xbox LIVE Arcade with will release the same time as on Windows PC, but the Mac version won’t out till shortly after this.
Pre-orders will receive the following items:
– a Steam key for the game
– a DRM-free copy of the game’s original prototype, Grand Prize winner at the 2010 Independent Games Festival; the prototype is now known as Monte-Carlo
– two pieces from the soundtrack by Grammy-nominated Journey composer Austin Wintory
– Monaco sheet music
An exact launch date hasn’t been given by Pocketwatch but is tentatively expected for March 2013, according to the game’s Facebook page.
