XCOM: Enemy Unknown Steam achievements hint at possible DLC

XCOM: Enemy Unknown fans believe they’ve uncovered hints at a future DLC expansion.

According to users on the 2K Forum, a number of the goals visible on XCOM: Enemy Unknown’s World Achievements page which don’t appear when players browse the list from their own profile.

The achievement icons are a varied bunch, showing a train, a dam and some sort of valve, and the text descriptors containing several references to a new ally or friend.

Speculation has the new ahcievements tied to an upcoming, story-based DLC pack for the strategy effort.

More XCOM please.

I would like to see them connect this game to the story of the FPS. Not because I think this game needs it but I want a reason to play the FPS.

Oh man, I would love some DLC for the game. I’m still happy playing the game we have at the moment but I would definitely take some more!

They should release this for Vita. Would be amaaaaazing!

Still loving this game, and will definitely get any DLC that comes.

Wait, what?

I’ve found those Achievements while reviewing my progress on raptr and I thought those were later/final missions of the game :(

One more reason to wait before activating the Gollop Chamber…
