Watch Dogs confirmed for 2013 launch
Watch Dogs will release next year, the game’s official Twitter has said.

Pushed for a date by a user, the Watch Dogs Twitter said: “The game will be released in 2013 and will be on released on PC and consoles.”
The tweet, as you’ll see, isn’t specific on console platforms, fueling even more speculation the game will be a next-gen game.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has already confirmed, though, it’ll launch on PS3 and 360. On a next-gen release, he took a “we’ll see” stance.
Watch Dogs was announced as arguably the biggest surprise of a show and is all but likely to come out in best of E3 lists from now until forever.

Guillemot also gave this realease window, but he’s been more specific on the “consoles” in an interview with LeMonde :
“We’ve announced Watch Dogs on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 for 2013.”

Holy crap. I didn’t expect them to announce the release date already. Man….i’m afraid we console players are gonna get a verrrrrry watered down version of what has been shown.

That won’t happen. The gameplay, yes, but all the detail, no.
