SEGA making third entry in "Sonic Storybook" series

Sega has confirmed that they are currently working on a new Sonic game that will complete the so-called Sonic Storybook trilogy.

The first two games in the series were apparently the early Wii title Sonic and the Secret Rings and Sonic and 2009's Black Knight both of which received fairly mixed reviews.

The news was confirmed during a public meeting with SEGA Mexico.

SEGA did not give any sort of indication on a potential release date for this borderline hypothetical Sonic game.

During the meeting it was also revealed that a new SEGA Superstars game is in the works. The previous entries were SEGA Superstars Tennies, and Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing.
