BioShock Infinite gets special Game Informer cover treatment

bsi gi

Game Informer’s blown its top on all things BioShock Infinite, putting the Irrational reboot on its cover for its next issue.

The magazine has three new pieces of concept art of the game for the covers, first shown at a PAX panel with the studio yesterday alongside a gameplay demo, and even redoing its logo to the style of the 1912 setting above.

The mag also promises to be “packed with new info about Columbia, protagonist Booker DeWitt, his companion Elizabeth, and the monstrous titan that rules the sky above the city.”

Big stuff. You can get all three covers here.

BioShock Infinite launches in 2012 on PS3, 360 and PC.

Thanks, onlineatron.

My first reaction to that image is: it needs the Dead Space Extraction woman screaming treatment ;-)

Hmm considering on one of the images/cover looks like there’s a crow plasmid that’ll probably be something like insect swarm from Bioshock 1/2 or different.Damn im gonna miss Rapture…..

Don’t like the redone Game Informer logo but HOLY SHIIIIIT… those cover arts are insanely beautiful.

I think they showed the crow swarm ability during the press demo.

Also, I don’t think they are referring to them as ‘Plasmids’ this time round.
