Fallout Online starts teasing, gets concept art

Fallout Online’s first teases have been released to members of the game’s mail list, starting with background info and a piece of concept art.
Apparently, “There are many stories and many more tall tales about life in the wastelands. This is one of them.”
Sounds like Fallout. There’s some more story text on Destructoid.
Interplay recently kicked off beta sign-ups for the MMO, which is due to kick off in 2012, despite the developer being in a lawsuit with Bethesda for the past year over IP rights.
It was thought the case was settled back in May. Looks as though things are moving along, at least.

So they’re releasing concept art and ‘background info’ because that’s all they really have then?

@3 I’m signed up for their mailing list too and I got the mail. Was hardly any info in it at all though and just the one concept image shown above.
