I’ve never played BF nor did I argue with or get upset at the copying point. You must have me confused with someone else.

Couple of comments about the story. Yes it is a little bit off given this is where CoD is going this year, however it isn’t a shock to those who follow the battlefield series. Fans have been screaming for this for some time. Personally as a fan of BFBC2 I don’t think this is such a great idea. The engine doesn’t do jungle very well, it gets too messy.

We are also up to 60 odd comments and no one has mentioned the whole “we won’t charge for map packs” thing? Ok it’s not just a map pack, but surely the same reasons for not charging for a map pack still apply here? Unless it is a very extensive amount of DLC.

No pricing info, but I can’t see it being free. The free stuff has been reuse of existing maps in different modes so far. This gets around the free promise by being an ‘expansion pack’.
