If you want to get your hands on Touch My Katamari's DLC, you can either put in the time or just throw money at it.
Andriasang reports players must purchase DLC content with "fan spirits", little heart-faced in-game characters which can be collected as you play. Ten of these nets you one piece of content.
If you can't be bothered finding them all, you can buy them for ¥50 each, ¥150 for three, or ¥200 for five. International pricing is yet to be confirmed.
Available content ranges from song packs through to meatier offerings, like day one release Snowman, a level which has players building a four metre snowball. Another, Shopping, is five minutes of seeking out expensive items, but has not been dated.
You'll also be able to collect new costumes for the Prince and friends using the console's Near feature, which will collect nearby player's high scores. Trump their efforts to be rewarded.
Touch My Katamari will release alongside the Vita this month in Japan, and is expected to match the console's international launch in February.
