Touch My Katamari collaboration DLC lands onto JP PSN

Namco's released new DLC for Touch My Katamari in Japan. The new content features collaborations from manga/anime Usagi Drop, manga artist Takayuki Mizushina, retailer Matsumoto Shoten, East Japan Taxi 'Blue Ribbon' and a redevelopment group. Nope, I don't get it neither.
