Crash Bandicoot: On the Run has been officially announced for iOS and Android, after originally leaking back in February.

Crash Bandicoot: On the Run is coming to iOS and Android and you can pre-register now for the endless runner.

In it, Dr. Neo Cortex has "dispatched iconic villains" to control the various dimensions. Crash and Coco are tasked with sending his minions back to their own dimensions.

You will be able to run, spin, jump and slide through the various levels such as the Turtle Woods, Lost City, and Temple Ruins. Here you will also take on classic enemies and bosses, including Scorporilla and Nitrus Brio.

Crash will also team up with Coco to gather ingredients to craft weapons. You can also build a base and battle others in multiplayer.

Those who pre-register for the game on iOS or Android will receive an exclusive Blue Hyena skin at launch. An exact release date was not provided.

Developed by King, the game soft-launched back in the spring in select regions.
