Resident Evil 2 video shows how lovely it looks on PC in 4K 60fps

Resident Evil 2 is coming to PC alongside consoles, and you can have a look at some nice 4K, 60fps gameplay courtesy of Nvidia.

As with most videos showing off gameplay in 4K 60fps, on the Resident Evil 2 video you’ll want to choose the 2160p60 option on the gear icon.

If you have the system, it seems the game will definitely pop on it. Even on our older monitor the blood and guts appeared rather shiny – and that was in 720p. Ick.

You can look over the minimum and recommended Resident Evil 2 PC specs through a previous post.

Capcom released a set of new screenshots out of gamescom 2018 this week. The shots show Claire and Sherry Birkin, a young girl she found abandoned in the underground area beneath the police station. Those are below alongside some gameplay of Claire posted by Dengeki Online.

Those who plan on picking the game up for PS4 or Xbox One can run the game in 4K 30fps mode, or choose 60fps on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.

Our first look at Resident Evil 2 remake gameplay footage was shown during Sony’s E3 2018 presentation in June.

It’s out January 25.
