P.T. the teaser for Silent Hills that was all the rage in 2014 and 2015, never actually made to PC.

P.T. was only released on PS4, of course, but thanks to modders, the scary teaser can be played on PC years later.

The first one of those prototypes is called Corridors (via DSO Gaming), and it’s an attempt to recreate the entire thing in Unreal Engine 4. Created by SmoggyChips, the prototype is very much work in progress, so expect a few issues.

It very much nailed the look of P.T., though, if you’re itching for the experience and don’t mind a few issues.

The creator shared a video showcasing the progress so far, and what you actually get to play. You can watch it below, and download the build from SmoggyChips’ Game Jolt page.

The second remake is a bit more interesting. Rather than create everything from the ground up, creator LinusPixel extracted a few assets from the PS4 version and re-purposed them in this prototype. Things like animations, and textures are being reworked into a new engine.

Their work is more recent than SmoggyChips’, so you can hopefully expect more updates. You can check it out yourself through
