Free Fallout 3 offer on Xbox expires February 2016

You only have until February next year to take advantage of Microsoft's free Fallout 3 offer.
Anyone buying Fallout 4 on Xbox One gets Fallout 3 through Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility, this much we know. It turns out, however, this deal has a duration.
The free game deal expires February 8, 2016. This information is unfortunately available only when you view Fallout 4's store page on Xbox One, as dug up by Gamespot.

As you can see above, you could be waiting seven to ten days for the code, which will be sent to you in a message on the console.
