Dying Light mod tools to be tested via closed beta

Techland will host a Dying Light closed beta in which participants can test out the upcoming mod tools.

The developer said the tools will be "released soon" and since development is in the early stages, the team wants community input.

"We’ll be releasing them soon, but before that happens we want to invite you to a closed beta," reads a post on Steam. "You can be one of the first people to create content for Dying Light and influence the development of our tools.

"As this is still an early version of the developer tools, be prepared to come across some difficulties. But that’s exactly why we’re reaching to you – we need your insightful feedback."

Those who wish to participate will need to send an email to the address posted in the Steam link along with their user ID.
