Destiny pre-order posters hitting GameStop
A GameStop source close to Joystiq has sent over shots of a pre-order poster for Destiny – the game Bungie is expected to reveal on Sunday. The posters are expected to be placed in stores Monday, and the accompanying paperwork describes the game as one where you create your “own character, earn unique and customizable weapons, gear and vehicles in an always-connected universe,” says Joystiq. Destiny is said to be a FPS containing public and social activities along with co-op and multiplayer. We’ll find out more Sunday.

Its bungie its what they do. If you were expecting a completely different genre you would be setting yourself up for disappointment.

@3 To be honest it hadn’t even crossed my mind. I always respected Halo for what it was i just personally wasn’t a fan. I don’t get into too many FPS’s. I hadn’t really been following Destiny either. Saw some of the art and thought it looked neat. I read “create your “own character, earn unique and customizable weapons, gear and vehicles in an always-connected universe”…that sounds awesome. If I still have my 360 when it comes out I’ll give it a look.
