Battlefield 3′s exploding forklifts featured in new TV spot
YouTube favourite Freddie Wong tackles Battlefield 3 in his latest video, commissioned by EA and destined for TV.
The short ad is embedded below, and begins after about 17 seconds. If you haven’t tried this tactic, the element of surprise is lost forever.

What I like about this is the repeated hammering of the C4 detonator. Many a Jihad jeeper was screwed over by a bug in BC2 whereby if you got in a vehicle too soon after deploying your C4 all over it, it wouldn’t detonate after you got off on the other side, so you’d drive your quad or jeep or whatever straight at a tank, jump off a safe distance away and press detonate repeatedly as the vehicle gently rolled to a stop right up against said tank…
and nothing would happen, you then had to throw your grenade over and hope that it went off before the tank crew got a bead on you, or you were about to be standing in the exact location of a 120mm shell crater.
