Rumor – First Saints Row 3 images show up

I really REALLY hope they haven’t changed the direction of the series. Leave “realistic” to the likes of GTA4 and bring back the fun accents for main characters along with shit spraying missions or there will be consequences!

@1 I remember them saying something along the lines of “Saints Row 3 will be even less like GTA” quite a while back so I think any chance of realism can be ruled out. I just hope they don’t ruin it by trying to be *too* different.

Well…i am not gonna lie, i am kinda curious about how its gonna look and what will be new, but i’m not the biggest SR fan. For some reason it just never did me anything really.

Very interesting… Johnny Gat, a girl – looks like she is the main character, who’s fully customizable, a jet and it looks like there is a new city… Full-scale Saints invasion to a new city?

Really can’t wait for this game, I spent probably a good 50+ hours on the first one, and probably close to that on the first too…since you can waste hours just stealing cars and customizing them…I hope the graphics are just a tad bit better this time and maybe a little more seriousness in the game couldn’t hurt but hey…game is gonna rock either way…

The last thing Saints Row needs is “seriousness”.

In terms of the plots in the last game there were some horrible attempts at eliciting sympathy from the player, and I think the game would’ve been a lot better off without it, even if those scenes did tie into the violent image.

Save the drama, and just stick to nice big explosions and slinging poop imo.

Those who want gritty social realism can pick up GTA IV and go shoot some dart with their cousins or mow the lawn or whatever
