Sega confirms winter 2010 western date for Vanquish

Vanquish

Sega's confirmed that Vanquish will be releasing this coming winter for the west for PS3 and 360.

The firm announced the date in the latest update to its release schedule.

Previously, the Platinum third-person shooter was down for the same time-frame for Japan, but nothing was confirmed for a western release until now.

But rejoice: you get to kill some Russians trying to destroy the US probably by Christmas.

The game's being done by the Bayonetta and Madworld developer in a co-production with Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami.

The first details and shots on it were released last month, while the only video released so far is here.
