You just know the meeting in the parking lot is going to turn sour. When the bullets start flying, quickly turn and take cover to the left, then follow Leo's car up the ramp. You'll be able to arrest a couple of crooks here, but then it's time to draw your weapon and shoot it out.
Follow Leo through the exit and up the stairs into the laundry. Here you can sneak and arrest the perps or shoot it out with them. Before entering the main laundry room you can use the scanner from the top steps but be careful as when you enter the main room a couple more crooks will follow behind you. It's tough to take them all out silently.
Whatever the outcome, Leo will keep running so you need to follow him out to the pools. It's not until you get to the third pool with a big bar that you'll have a fight on your hands, so stay right and use that raised area to take down all the bad guys. This is probably your toughest shootout so far.
Follow Leo through the exit and down the stairs until you reach the lobby. You can be more subtle here, and arrest the surrounding goons if you're careful rather than go in blasting. Take down the guy on the left first as he goes up the short steps, then the man opposite the door you just came through. Now sneak around the back of the elevators to arrest two more.
Now you can arrest the two at the front doors before going upstairs and taking down the last guard. Now go into the Managers office to find Leo and Khai.
When Khai's finished with Leo, you'll need to scan the guards in the lobby to find the one with the open warrant. Taser his ass, then shoot the rest before getting in the SUV that pulls up outside. Follow the road out onto the freeway and smash through any roadblocks, cars or obstacles to meet Dawes and complete the episode.
