Someone leaked audio of the entire E3 Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay presentation

Despite only showing a short trailer, Cyberpunk 2077 managed to break out as one hottest games of E3 2018. A more in-depth hands-off gameplay demo was shown to press, publishers, retailers, and developers, but this was behind-closed-doors and not accessible to the public. However, someone has leaked audio of the entire presentation, so you can hear the game sounds and descriptions from the developers themselves.

E3 Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay presentation audio leak:

The Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay presentation starts with a bit about the game’s story, before moving on to some character customisation and action.

“Cyberpunk 2077 plays in an alternate timeline,” the audio starts. “America is in pieces, mega-corporations run all aspects of life, the streets are run by organised crime.

“In a world where everything is literally trying to put you down on your knees, the only way to make a stand for yourself is to carve your own path.

“V chooses to exist outside of any system and only obey the rules that she makes. V is a Cyberpunk.”

You can be a fly on the wall and listen in for yourself using the embedded YouTube link below. It’s not too heavy on spoilers - considering you can’t see anything - but does provide a little insight into the pace of Cyberpunk 2077’s gameplay, as well as what a few of the characters (including V) could sound like.

We actually got to see the gameplay presentation, so for more detailed impressions on what we thought of the demo, take a look at our Cyberpunk 2077 E3 feature.

When you’re visualising Cyberpunk in your mind’s eye, you’ll have you imagine it in first-person. We’ve since heard that Cyberpunk 2077 will be a first-person only game with no option for third-person outside of cutscenes.

You won’t have to visualise any waiting around though, since we’ve had confirmation that Cyberpunk won’t have any loading screens between areas.
