Space Hulk: Deathwing’s Librarian player doesn’t have to face the Genestealers alone.
Space Hulk: Deathwing unveils co-op classes and preorder details
If you adore first-person shooters and the Warhammer 40,000 universe, odds are you’re eagerly anticipating Space Hulk: Deathwing. This game follows a Librarian-led Terminator squad as it descends into derelict spacecraft to combat the horrific Genestealers lurking within. Even more promising, Focus Home Interactive has detailed what to expect from its optional co-op gameplay while promising Space Hulk will be available to preorder later today.
Space Hulk: Deathwing is fully playable in solo mode as the Terminator squad supports your Librarian against enemy hordes. If you switch to co-operative however, four friends can take control of individual Terminator classes directly. More specifically, a heavy weapon support mows down enemies, a melee-oriented assault class slashes foes with claws, the tactician specialist offers helpful buffs, while the Apothecary provides much-needed healing.
If that description makes you want to preorder Space Hulk: Deathwing, you’re in luck – Steam will be offering early purchases starting at 10am PDT.
All preorder customers will get 15% off the base game and the Lost Mace of Corswain special weapon.
