Halo's Arbiter is among a number of new faces joining the Killer Instinct roster in Season 3. Following on from an early teaser trailer, here's a more detailed look at Master Chief's favourite alien as he appears in Iron Galaxy's vision:

Season 3 kicks off on March 10 and will gradually expand the ever-growing fighter. Announced additions include Killer Instinct veterans Kim Wu, Tusk and Gargos as well Battletoad's Rash, who was temporarily made available early to Season 2 owners.
Killer Instinct is technically free-to-play, but most characters are sold as DLC. The latest paid edition comes with Seasons 1 and 2.
