Dragon Age: Inquisition tie-in text adventure coming to Keep

Dragon Age: Inquisition is getting a tie-in text adventure thanks to a collaboration between BioWare and Failbetter Games.

Dragon Age: The Last Court tells the story of what happens between Dragon Age 2 and Dragon Age: Inquisition, and will be made available through Dragon Age Keep, the browser-based world state creation tool.

Described as text-based and story-driven, The Last Court puts the player in the role of either the Huntress or Scholar.

"You will guide the fortunes of Serault, a disgraced corner of Orlais, through the most crucial period of her history. Will you redeem her ancient Shame? Or will she pass into obscurity?" Failbetter said on its forums.

You can learn a little more about the project in the video below, but expect more details soon, as Dragon Age: Inquisition is due on PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on November 18 in North America and November 21 in Europe and beyond.

I'm pretty excited about this; Failbetter is the team behind Fallen London and Sunless Sea, both of which are bursting with personality and beautiful writing.

Thanks, Joystiq.
