Batman: Arkham Origins won't use Games for Windows Live

If you've been hesitating over your Batman: Arkham Origins platform choice, here's one little worry dispelled: IGN reports the Warner Bros. Montreal's effort will use Steamworks, not Games for Windows Live as the last two entries did. Good news for those hoping to take advantage of their Steam friends lists in the multiplayer side of things, and yet another sign that the dreaded Microsoft platform may be on the way out. Batman: Arkham Origins release at the end of October, and is also coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
