Far Cry 3 to feature four-player co-operative multiplayer, exclusive DLC for PS3 users

Ubisoft chose Sony's E3 2012 press conference to debut Far Cry 3's dedicated four-player co-operative campaign. A stage demo showed a team taking and holding a bridge long enough for a payload to be deposited, before fleeing ahead of the resulting explosion, which marked a successful mission. Sony took the opportunity to announce a piece of free, exclusive DLC will accompany the PlayStation 3 version of the game, which hits in September on PC and Xbox 360 as well.
