Report – 1 in 8 US homes own Black Ops
According to an IGN report, a copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops can be found in 1 in 8 US homes. The figure comes from the latest census numbers in the country combined with the 13.7 million units sold of the shooter in the country.
The sales number made it the biggest-selling game in the US ever, according to NPD last week.

That is a truly shocking statistic… I mean, just wow!
Sony did well to get the franchise on the NGP, I honestly think it’ll become a huge hit in colleges, where people can square off against each other over their lunch break.

Well I don’t own it, yet. Since I am only a SP with games like this and don’t MP at all, I wait till they go down quite a bit in price. That is unless SP is around 15 hours, which is rare these days. As I understand it the SP Camp. for this game is around 5 hours?
