Peace Walker/Monster Hunter team-up gets screened

PWMH

Want to know what Monster Hunter looks like in Metal Gear Sold: Peace Walker? Well, here you are.

Famitsu has the shots. Just make sure you don’t drip BBQ sauce all over you if you wish not to end up being a snack for lunch for that monster above.

The partnership between Kojima Productions and Capcom was first announced in this week’s issue of Famitsu this morning, with formal confirmation coming later at a press conference for the game.

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker releases on June 18 in the UK for PSP.

One would hope that these guest bosses are in some kind of bonus mode and not tied into the main story, in any-fucking-way.

Confirmation of the suspected shark-jumping incident. What on Earth?! D: MGS has turned to rubbish. What have giant dinosaurs got anything to do with Metal Gear Solid? :( I’m glad I didn’t really play any more after the brilliant first PS1 game.
It’s a joke now, sadly, although I will see what Rising brings, as it may be a good one in its own right.

It’s a bonus mode.

It’s not the first time MGS has combined with other games from other publishers. Every time that happens in games, they tend to be seperate modes, so this won’t clash with the main canon story.
