SCEE: GT5 EU date "in due course," JP delay "only applicable for the Japanese market"

SCEE has told VG247 the Gran Turismo 5 delay announced this morning is "only applicable for the Japanese market."

The company added that the Polyphony racer's EU date will appear in its own good time.

A SCEE rep told us: "This information on the GT release is only applicable for the Japanese market. SCEE will announce the launch date for this game in the PAL territories in due course."

The game was given a March release back at Tokyo Game Show last year. After today, it's TBA.
