1UP unveils Wake week, posts preview and new shots

1UP’s posted up the first of a week’s worth of Alan Wake content updates, the first preview focusing on the thriller’s light and dark mechanics.

The Remedy adventure, six years in the making, is looking at a spring release for 360.

Get some new shots here, including this one of Alan going toe-to-toe with a tractor.

New footage needs to impress me badly.

Police chase footage from a while back didn’t do it for me. I’m pinning my hopes on the gameplay vids/teaser and the Sam Lake interview.

I think this looks utterly fantastic, to the point where I don’t need to see anything else from this game until I’ve played it. Too bad I can’t really go on a media black-out, now can I?
