First Saboteur review is an 8.2 from IGN

thesaboteur2

IGN AU’s gone live with the world’s first review for EA’s The Saboteur, giving the Parisian WWII actioner 8.2/10.

“While it’s a little rough around the edges we enjoyed this game more than we thought we would,” said the site.

“It’s far from perfect, but it’s great to see Pandemic going out with a bang.”

It’s out this Friday for PC, PS3 and 360. It’s next on the list for us after Assassin’s Creed II.

Super! Although this is an IGN 8, so that’s probably a real-world 6. :-D

to quote the reviewer:

“While it’s a little rough around the edges we enjoyed this game more than we thought we would.”

On the fence about this one.
I love the idea, and from the videos it looks like an Assassins Creed but with Fascists which is always super. But with the likes of L4D2, Tropico 3 and some others I haven’t got yet, maybe its a renter first.

LOL Review only for Xbox 360 and PS3, no mention about PC port. PC gamers sucks again

Decent enough score.
Wonder will that be consistent?
I hope so as I think the idea is good.

Nice. I’ve just skipped Assassin’s Creed for Saboteur.
