Crowd control is one of the most important skills an MMO hopeful can master, and Wildstar's take on it seems a little more active than most.
One of the most notable differences is that when players are afflicted with negative status ailments, they can take action to dispel the effect more rapidly - and not in a "mash the button" way, either. That sounds a lot less frustrating for those of us without the patience to build or spec for resistances.
Wildstar has been in the headlines recently because it's going to use a premium subscription model - but one you can fund with in-game gold, something like EVE Online.
