Alex, Urien, Karin Kanzuki and R. Mika joining Street Fighter 5 roster - report

Street Fighter 3's Alex and Urien as well as Street Fighter Alpha 3's Karin Kanzuki and R. Mika are joining the Street Fighter 5 roster, according to a report.
Siliconera has word from its sources the four fighters will be playable in Street Fighter 5, and all will be revealed at a future date.
Overnight, a video featuring Capcom’s Yoshinori Ono showed the game's Brazilian stage, and stated a character hailing from the country would be revealed soon - and we all assume it's either Blanka or Sean.
It could be also be a new fighter. Ono is a tease, after all.
Street Fighter 5 will be released on PC and PS4 during spring 2016. A PC beta is expected sometime this fall, and the PS4 beta starts on July 23.
