Get a better look at Mass Effect: Andromeda's newest planet with these screenshots

Enjoy these still shots from last night's Mass Effect: Andromeda CES demo.

A few hours after BioWare confirmed the March release date for Mass Effect: Andromeda, the studio's Aaryn Flynn took the Nvidia stage at CES to present a short gameplay demo.

The video showed off a lava planet not dissimilar to Star Wars' Mustafar, and featured a small bit of action combat. We got a look at the HUD, some skill tree and character customisation, and more.

It was very condensed, which is why we're glad we have screenshots from the same video to help us really appreciate the presentation. The shots come by way of Game Informer, though they're not very high resolution.

Two came from EA's PR department, and those are in higher resolution. We've posted those below as well, and they may take a minute for you to load.

They also, sadly, don't show the menus part of the demo, just the action. They still look beautiful, though, and you can see them for yourself below.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is out March 21 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
