Stadia's first Stream Connect game, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, arrives tomorrow

Google Stadia is expanding its games library this week.

Starting now, Google Stadia users will be able to buy two new games in Borderlands 3, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. At launch, you'll be able to get Borderlands 3 at a 35% discount.

The bigger news, however, is that Ghost Recon Breakpoint launches tomorrow with Stadia's Stream Connect feature. Breakpoint is the first game to make use of the tech, which Google showed all the way back at the platform's reveal.

Stream Connect is a complex form of picture-in-picture. The tech allows Stadia players to see the perspectives of their friends in real-time alongside their own gameplay session. In Breakpoint, Ubisoft elected to show a direct feed of your three co-op partners, so you can see what they're doing in little screens.

Both Breakpoint and Xenoverse 2 will be available at the full, $60 price.

The buddy pass, a bonus for owners of Stadia's Founders Edition, is also finally available. If you own a Stadia Founders Edition, you can now invite a friend to try out the service.
