FIFA 20 reviews round-up, all the scores

It's that time of year again with the release of a new FIFA.

FIFA 20 is just a week away and reviews are already in. FIFA 20 brings a few welcome features and a big new addition. The headline this year, of course, is the new Volta Football, essentially a return of FIFA Street.

Volta Football lets you create your own players, or pick from any of the popular street footballers. Games all take place in street arenas around the world, available in 3v3, 4v4 and 5v5.

The career mode has seen a big boost this year, with the arrival of female managers and deeper customisation options for all of them. Being a manager is also going to be more involved in FIFA 20 compared to past years, thanks to deeper RPG systems that let you affect player morale and track growth potential.

Though there's plenty of new exciting features to look forward to, players may be disappointed to learn that Juventus won't be in the game because of the club's exclusivity deal with Konami for PES. Piemonte Calcio is what FIFA 20 is going to call it, but player stats and likenesses won't be changed.

Without further ado, read on below for our round-up of reviews:

FIFA 20 is out September 27 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The game is also coming to Switch on the same day as the Legacy Edition, which only features updated player rosters without any of the big new gameplay additions.

EA/Origin Access members on PC, PS4 and Xbox One can play a trial of the full game beginning today, September 19. You can also download a free demo, if that's more your thing.
