FIFA 19 Ratings: Top 100 FUT, Career Mode ratings

By James Billcliffe, Wednesday, 3 October 2018 16:49 GMT

After a summer full of comings and goings, one of the best things about a new FIFA is swotting up on all of the new ratings to see which young starlet has been buffed to the stars and which fading superstar has been hit with the nerf hammer. Here’s a list of selected FIFA 19 ratings so you can start to plan your first FUT squads and career mode signings.

These ratings are taken from official FIFA sources like the EA website and footage from pre-release Game Changers events. To start with, we’ll list the ratings of the best 100 players in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team, as well as the starting 11s of every Premier League team. We’ll add more leagues and players in the run up to FIFA 19’s release.

FIFA 19 ratings:

Top 100 FIFA Ultimate Team ratings:

CR7 tops the ratings chart once again. The FIFA 19 coverstar is a monster too, with 90 and over for pace, shooting, and dribbling. Ronaldo’s strength and stature make him hard to shrug off the ball and a threat in the air as well. The main change from FIFA 18 though is that his base card is a ST now – much easier to fit into squads than LW.

Finally the same rating as Cristiano after years of bewildering snubs, Leo Messi’s supreme technical ability is represented by 96 dribbling, 91 shooting, and 88 passing. His base card is a CF rather than a RW too, so nice and easy to convert to a ST for use down the middle.

Ronaldo and Messi are true greats of the modern game, but if you’re looking to add some legends to your FUT squad then check out our list of every new and returning Icon in FIFA 19.

There are a lot of really tasty looking players in those lineups that look great for a career mode. Watford’s Abdoulaye Doucoure is probably the standout with 87 potential. But Liverpool’s defence has a lot of room to grow too, while players like Felipe Anderson, Ryan Sessegnon, and Mohamed Elyounoussi – who also has five star skill moves – look like they’ve be fun to develop on the attack.

You can finally get your first taste of the new FIFA by downloading the demo – which is available for free on digital storefronts now. To help you adjust to the revamped gameplay though, we’ve put together a FIFA 19 guide to get you started.
