FIFA 18 demo out today, PC minimum and recommended specs revealed

The FIFA 18 demo will be released today on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

To go along with the announcement, EA also revealed the full list of minimum and recommended specs for the PC version.

As far as the demo, it includes access to Kick Off mode and a preview of the next chapter in the game's story mode, the Journey: Hunter Returns. Kick Off mode has four stadiums, and 12 football clubs for you to choose from.

The stadiums are the Santiago Bernabéu, La Bombonera, StubHub Center, and King Fahd Stadium. As for teams, you'll be selecting between Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid CF, Atlético de Madrid, Juventus F.C., FC Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain F.C., LA Galaxy, Toronto FC, Boca Juniors, C.D. Guadalajara, and Vissel Kobe.

Back to the PC version, EA has confirmed that it supports DirectX 12. The specs aren't too high, either, as you're about to see. However, there are two sets of specs, one for DirectX 12, and another for DirectX 11.

DirectX 12 minimum PC specs

OS: Windows 10 - 64-Bit
CPU: Intel i3 6300T or equivalent benchmark (5,199) - Intel i3 4340 (5,226), and Intel i3 4350 (5,302) as alternatives. AMD equivalent is AMD Athlon X4 870K (5,219) - AMD FX-4350 (5,272) and FX-4330 (5,297) as alternatives.
RAM: 8GB
Hard Drive Space Required: 50.0 GB
Minimum Supported Video Cards: NVidia GeForce GTX 660 (4,116) 2GB or equivalent. AMD equivalent is Radeon RX 460 (4,218)/R9 270 (4,258)/R7 370 (4,258)

OS: Windows 10 - 64-Bit
