Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps announced for PS4 and PC

Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps is Capcom’s newest title.

Capcom has just announced the first new game in the Resident Evil franchise in years. It’s called Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps and it’s coming to PC and PlayStation 4 in early 2016.

Umbrella Corps is a an online, competitive third-person shooter. It’s built on the Unity engine and will feature maps based on historic locations from the series.

Umbrella Corps is priced $30/ £25/ €30 and features what Capcom calls an “analogue aim and cover system”, which the publisher says allows for precise control when firing from cover.

TGS attendees will be able to try a playable demo.
