InJustice: Gods Among Us getting the comic book treatment

InJustice: Gods Among Us is getting a comic book, according to Netherrealm's Ed Boon.
"We're working on an Injustice comic book to carry the story and tell the events that came before the game," Boon told Polygon. "With a game like Mortal Kombat, so many things spawned from there, like the movie.
"Obviously the extreme version is it would spawn a lot more things, but I know for sure we are making an Injustice comic."
A release window for the comic wan't provided, but the game is out in April 2013 so we expect it to hit around the same time.
