Rift: From the Embers goes live, MMO taken to v1.6

The biggest patch yet for Trion fantasy MMO Rift has gone live, taking the game to v1.6. The update, titled From the Embers, and a new zone twice the size of the game's current largest; a new, 11-boss dungeon; a new 10-player raid; a new mode, named Warfront; and the "2nd tier of Planar Attunement," whatever the Sam Hell that is.
