Original Xbox Live is still up and kicking

Ladies and gentlemen, we bring you the sad news that the original Xbox Live is now... still alive?

As previously noted, the service for Xbox 1 is due to shut down today after serving its last full day yesterday. But as of right now, Halo nation is on playing Bungie's second blockbuster on the edge of their seats, waiting for the end.

Microsoft announced the closure of the service back in January. The firm insists it can add more features in Xbox Live for 360 thanks to the closure, including a rise in your friends list.
