Konami has announced Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be released on PC, and according to the press release, it will run at a “blistering 60fps” on most modern PCs. It will release digitally “soon.” Kojima said as much last month. The game is already available on Ps3 and Xbox 360.

Konami has announced that Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Ultimate Edition is available now on PSN. The bundle features the full game and all downloadable content which includes Cyborg Ninja Armor Skin, MGS4 Raiden Skin, Commando Armor Skin, White Armor Skin, Inferno Armor Skin, VR Missions and side stories, “Jetstream” and “Blade Wolf”. The edition will run you $74.99.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be released on PC, according to Hideo Kojima speaking during his HideRadio podcast. Platinum Games creative producer Jean Pierre Kellams also confirmed the news on Twitter. The first batch of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will start hitting next week, and the video posted below gives you a glimpse just some of the VR missions – there will be 30 in total – along with the Hebi Damashii. The wooden sword houses the voice of Solid Snake, and when you use it, he will comment on the battle. The sword also allows players to finish the game without killing cyborgs. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will launch with day-one DLC. It’s Raiden’s Metal Gear Solid 4 armor, and you can pick it up for $1.99 or your country’s equivalent on PS3 and Xbox 360. The game releases next week in North America on February 19, in Europe on February 21 and in the UK on February 22. A video of the armor is below.

Also, Konami has announced that if you pre-order the game through Best Buy in North America, you will be handed the dashing White Armor shown in the video below. The armor increases the amount of recovery equipment you can carry. Amazon pre-orders ship with the Inferno Armor. The demo fro Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is now available through Xbox Live for Gold members. Those who are not Gold members, only need to wait until tomorrow – the you will get your taste. PS3 users will also be able to download the trial tomorrow via the usual PSN update. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance hits PS3 and Xbox 360 February 19 in the US and February 22 in Europe.

Hideo Kojima has said if he’d had his way, Gray Fox would be starring in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance instead of Raiden.
