Sony announced on the US PS Blog this morning pre-orders for the PS VR bundle will kick off on Tuesday, March 22 at participating retailers.

Exclusively for pre-sale and in limited quantities, the bundle includes:

  • PS VR headset
  • PS VR cables
  • Stereo Headphones
  • PlayStation VR Demo Disc
  • PlayStation Camera
  • 2 PlayStation Move motion controllers
  • PlayStation VR Worlds (disc)

The bundle will run you $499.99 in the US and $699.99 in Canada.

Sony said if you miss out on this particular bundle, "another wave" will be made available this summer.

The core PS VR bundle which runs $399.99/$549.99 CAD, is not available for pre-order, according to the PS Blog.

Sony worldwide boss Shuhei Yoshida said this week at GDC 2016 bundles will be created by region, but for now the base model offering would be “globally consistent" due to some already own the camera and or a PS Move.

He went on to say that down the line, bundles in North America would include the PS Camera and the Move controllers. He didn't offer a timeframe, but SCEA threw one out of the gate rather quickly.
